The Agrapart family has been farming their land in the grand cru village of Avize since 1894. Pascal took over from his father in 1990, and in the early 2000s he split the estate in two—one side dedicated to single-vineyard cuvées, the other to blends.

Their approach is often described as “old school.” For years, outsiders looked at the family a bit sideways, but today those methods feel right at home: ancestral practices, manual harvests, and in the winemaking, the wine sees stainless steel with neutral oak. The wines are unfined and unfiltered.
