Tom Lubbe of Domaine Matassa makes wines we can’t stop dreaming about. From the southeastern corner of France, in Roussillon, his approach to winemaking is anything but traditional for the region. All Matassa wines are farmed organically, certified Ecocert, and are typically lower in alcohol. They’ve been sulfur-free since 2015, and the wines are neither fined nor filtered—so if they’re a little hazy, that's perfectly ok!
