Les Essards 2024
Brother-and-sister duo Antoine and Héloïse have taken over their family’s vineyards in the southern Côte de Nuits. Blessed with old, organically farmed vines, Antoine is reshaping the story here, crafting wines we want to drink now and even some to cellar for later. He leads the winemaking, while Héloïse runs the operations behind the scenes. Trust us, this is a young winemaker to watch.
Les Essards offers a beautiful balance of concentrated fruit and underlying minerality. The wine is aged for one year in oak barrels, with just 10% new oak, before bottling.
