Created by former Michelin-starred sommelier Jacob Kocemba, these sparkling teas were the first of their kind. The concept came to Jacob while struggling to find the perfect dessert pairing. He developed a tea extract for the drink, and it quickly became a hit.

Made from a blend of the highest quality organic teas, the brewing process is key to the product's complexity. The teas are carefully blended, bottled, and given a touch of pressure before resting, all without the use of artificial additives. The final product is truly impressive—these teas boast a brightness that sets them apart from similar products, with layers of complexity, savory notes, and elegance in every glass.

The BLÅ is what first got us hooked. We discovered it during a non-alcoholic wine pairing at a Michelin-starred restaurant, and our interest was piqued—we wanted more! Its elegance makes it the perfect aperitivo, a seductive starter to set the tone if you’ve got a day of wine indulgence ahead.
