Bovin Blanc 2023

Hervé Villemade took over his family’s vineyards in 1995, and in 2000, he made the switch to organic farming and eliminated the use of sulfur in his cellar. This wine is a blend of Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, and Romorantin, a grape indigenous to this part of the Loire. The wine is bright, easy to drink, and comes in a liter bottle—perfect for opening up and enjoying with friends.
