The Dupre family have been rooted in Chablis for generations, but 2019 marked a new chapter: with children Valentin & Amandine returning to the domaine, the family left the local co-op behind and began bottling everything under their own name. We’re very glad they did.

Based in Courgis, just southwest of Chablis, Domaine Dupre farms 16 hectares with a light touch and a sharp focus on the biodiversity of the land — no pesticides, no herbicides. They foucs on maintiaing healthy souls firsty.  In the cellar, Valentin keeps things classic and precise: native yeasts, stainless steel only, and wines that are all about purity and place.

The result? Bright, beautifully chiselled Chablis with the kind of freshness and minerality that makes you immediately reach for another glass.
