Dorien No. 62 Grand Cru

Stéphane Regnault is a former sommelier and aerospace engineer (quite the combination!) who became a winemaker. Before taking over the family business in 2007, he lived a very different life. Upon returning home, Stéphane decided to convert the farming practices to organic methods, eliminating all chemicals from the vineyards.

The champagne is made from specific plots and then blended with multiple vintages dating back to 2014 to achieve balance and harmony in each bottle. A jazz lover and saxophone player, Stéphane names each cuvée after a jazz mode that reminds him of the wine’s character.

Doren No. 62 is bright and effortlessly smooth, inviting us to close our eyes with each sip, as it whisks us away to the enchanting streets of France.
