Exploration 8 2020

Tom Gauditiabois launched his wine journey spending time in New Zealand and then with a formative stint at the renowned Jacques Selosse estate in Avize. The experience, along with the years leading up to the creation of his own label, profoundly shaped his philosophy toward both farming and winemaking.

Today, Tom farms his vineyard, located in his home town of Before returning home to Chézy-sur-Marne, organically in the vineyard and takes a largely hands-off approach in the cellar. His wines are crafted with indigenous yeasts, native fermentations, minimal to no added sulfur. The resulting wines are powerful, spice-driven, and deeply expressive—capturing the distinctive character of the western Marne with remarkable clarity.
