Etteilla Wines is a recent discovery for us, originating from Northern California. The brand was founded by two best friends who teamed up as winemaking partners. Their Le Chaos wine is a co-ferment, where apples and Sauvignon Blanc grapes are fermented together. The result is a refreshing, low-alcohol beverage that blends the best qualities of both cider and wine, offering a unique, easy-to-drink experience.
