Emiliano Falsini's roots lie in Tuscany. For many years, he has worked as a consulting enologist with some of the finest winemakers and estates in Italy, including those in Tuscany and Sicily. So, when he decided to create his own wines, it was no surprise that he chose Bolgheri on the Tuscan coast and the north side of Mount Etna in Sicily. Emiliano's passion for winemaking is evident—he is deeply connected to the land, which is why he selects sites he believes can produce the highest quality wines.

Sciauro is a beautiful expression of the unique terroir. It is fresh and mineral-driven, with luscious savory notes. The grapes come from organically farmed vines, ranging from 30 to 100 years old, rooted in the volcanic soils of the northern slopes of Mount Etna.
