Élisabeth and Benoît Jardin settled into their winery in 1994, captivated by the unique terroir. Over time, they expanded their land holdings, and alongside Julien Peltier, the couple has farmed organically for years. In 2009, they earned biodynamic certification. Their mission has always been to craft wines that express the distinct minerality of the terroir. The estate exclusively produces Pineau d'Aunis for red wine and Chenin Blanc for white.

Pineau d'Aunis is a grape we don't encounter enough. What we love about this wine is that it offers a serious expression of the varietal. By that, we mean it strikes a balance of elegance with a backbone of complex structure. It’s a fantastic food wine, one that will leave you craving more.
