To say we enjoy Sylvain Martel's wines would be an understatement. With over a decade of experience in the wine industry, Sylvain launched his own project in 2018. He purchased a small plot on a steep hill in the western part of Juliénas, located in the northern Beaujolais, where he produces our exceptional Gamay. His production is limited, with only around 3,600 bottles produced each vintage.

The Juliénas Les Fouillouses offers a perfect balance of earthiness and freshness, making each sip truly enjoyable. It's a rare find, and we don't get much of it, but Sylvain Martel is certainly a winemaker to keep an eye on - we're excited to see how his passion continues to evolve.
