Noël and Magali Bazin are no strangers to Champagne. Raised in the region, the couple has been producing organic, refined, small-batch champagne in Montagne de Reims since their first vintage in 1999. While most of their fruit goes into their signature cuvée, l’Unanimé, they also craft a limited-production rosé, La Pimpante (or "The Dapper"). For this wine, they source Pinot Noir from the neighboring village of Verzenay, blending a small amount (10%) with a vintage-based wine. The result is a stunning rosé that combines elegance with structure—so much so, we’d even pair it with steak, this is a very food friendly wine.
