Taking us to Bugey—a small region in eastern France known for its eclectic, character-driven wines—Romain Bonnard, along with his siblings Anne-Sophie and Jean-Christophe, has taken the reins of their family’s vineyard and winery from their father. The estate was founded in 1988, and the family has been farming organically since the early 2000s.
