Le Rose
A small family production is the soul of Ca' de Noci. Located in Emilia-Romagna, the vines were originally planted in the 1970s. In 1993, the family began transitioning to fully organic farming and committed to making wines exclusively from their own grapes. Their first vintages were produced in the garage beneath their house, and by 1998, they had built their own winery.
‘Le Rose’ is made from early-harvested Malvasia grapes. While technically a sparkling wine, it’s sealed with a regular cork and features the lightest, most delicate bubbles — this is intentional! Don’t worry, the wine isn’t flat.
