Giuseppe Russo was studying to become a pianist when tragedy struck: his father unexpectedly passed away in 2005. He returned home to take over the family vineyards, located on the north side of Mount Etna. Giuseppe embraced organic farming on the ancient vines, which are rooted in old lava flows known as 'sciare.' His wines are widely considered among the best in the region.

The Etna Bianco San Lorenzo is a single-vineyard field blend with a limited production of just 1,200 bottles. It's truly a gem.
