Domaine Thalie was established in 2009 by Peter Gierszewski, who brings over a decade of viticulture experience, including working at various vineyards and making garage wine. After purchasing land in Bray, in the western chain of Mâconnais, Burgundy, Peter committed to organic and biodynamic farming practices, which are central to his values and the well-being of the land. His wines are distinct, pure, and fresh, made with minimal intervention. As a first-generation winemaker, Peter's unique approach excites us, and we’re eager to share his wines with you.

The Plutonic is a standout wine. When we first tasted it, we were immediately intrigued. It’s an unconventional Burgundy red, and that’s exactly what makes it exciting. A blend of half Gamay and half Syrah, it’s juicy, playful, and has a hint of spice. Easy to drink on its own, it also pairs perfectly with simple meals like grilled protiens and mixed greens.
