Eric Bordelet is a former sommelier who worked at some of the finest restaurants and wineries in the industry. In 1992, he decided to return home and take over the family business.

The family's property in Normandy includes 23 hectares of organically farmed orchards. Staying true to their commitment to sustainable practices, they received organic certification in 1996.
