Post Flirtation Rosé
Martha started her own project in 2014, but her journey with vines began long before that. She worked in a vineyard, olive orchard, and small winery in Tuscany, then completed several apprenticeships in Australia and Sicily, all while earning her Master’s degree from UC Davis. Her vision remains the same today: to create terroir-driven wines that are responsibly farmed.
Post Flirtation Rosé comes from organically farmed vineyards and is a blend of Nero d’Avola and Vermentino. Together, these grapes create a concentrated, fruit-forward, and refreshingly bright summer rosé we can’t get enough of.
The grapes are processed separately: the whole-cluster Nero d’Avola brings vibrant fruit character, while the Vermentino is pressed immediately after harvest and fermented in stainless steel to preserve freshness. The two components are then blended to create the final wine.
The result is an easy-drinking rosé that pairs beautifully with food. While the wine is unfined, it is then filtered for stability.
