Stefanie and Fabian Lassak took over the family vineyard in 2016, located in Hessigheim, Württemberg (Southeast Germany). Their focus is on crafting expressive wines through organic and biodynamic farming practices. The vines thrive in the region’s skeletal shell limestone soil, growing on steep, terraced slopes around Hessigheim. We love the youthful, fresh approach they bring to the vineyard and are excited to see where this new generation will take the winery.

Their Riesling is cool, refreshing, and absolutely delicious. Sourced from 30- to 45-year-old vines, the wine also spends some time in oak, adding depth to its vibrant character.
