Élisabeth and Benoît Jardin settled into their winery in 1994, captivated by the unique terroir. Over time, they expanded their land holdings, and alongside Julien Peltier, the couple has farmed organically for years. In 2009, they earned biodynamic certification. Their mission has always been to craft wines that express the distinct minerality of the terroir. The estate exclusively produces Pineau d'Aunis for red wine and Chenin Blanc for white.

This Chenin Blanc is truly one-of-a-kind. It bursts with intense aromas and flavors, making it a perfect choice for the adventurous wine drinker. Dry and vibrant with acidity, it pairs beautifully with food. While it’s delicious now, it has the potential to age gracefully for several more years.
