This champagne has a bold personality, and we absolutely love it. In 2003, Delphine began working alongside her father in the vineyard, and by the following year, the property earned Ecocert Certification, ensuring it is free from chemicals, herbicides, and pesticides. In 2009, Delphine and her father founded the Champagne house Francis Boulard & Fille. Since 2018, Delphine has been running the property with the help of her husband and son. This wine is crafted using the Rosé de Saignée method (saignée, meaning “bleeding”), which imparts incredible fruit and floral aromas.
