Jean and Ana Simonet are based in the highest altitude of Provence, in the Sainte-Victoire appellation. Letting the terroir speak for itself, all of their wines are certified organic, with some biodynamic practices woven into their farming methods. Their north-facing slopes are home to vines rooted in limestone, clay, and pink marble soils. The style of their wines is fresh, fruit-forward, and layered with complexity—no fuss, just pure deliciousness. We particularly love the rosé, which we feel is a true reflection of the region.
