Where do we begin with Benoît Marguet? Simply put, we love these wines.

The vineyards are located in Ambonnay, with plantings across 7.30 hectares, plus a smaller 0.70-hectare parcel in Bouzy. All farming is biodynamic — striving for, and achieving, a natural harmony between vine and earth. Horses play a key role in the vineyards, offering a gentler, more sustainable alternative to heavy machinery. This respectful approach to the land helps preserve soil health, which directly benefits the quality of the grapes.

In the cellar, the process is patient and precise. All juice flows by gravity to avoid stressing the wine, and intervention is minimal. Sulfur is used only when absolutely necessary. The result? Champagnes that are distinctive, pure, and unlike anything else.
