The late Jacky Blot was truly a legend in the wine world. In 1980, he purchased land in the Loire, driven by his belief in treating the land with care and farming organically to allow the terroir to shine. Jacky’s estate has become a prime example of how single-vineyard wines can be world-class. Today, his son, JP, manages the estate and continues to honor his father’s vision. The Triple Zero is a sparkling Chenin Blanc—earthy, creamy, and with crisp bubbles. It’s perfect for a picnic or apéro hour but has enough body and brightness to make it a fantastic pairing with a meal. I absolutely love this wine.
