He farms both organically and biodynamically, ensuring the land is treated with the utmost care. While studying, Jochen worked with the renowned Elisabetta Foradori in Northern Italy, where he refined his technical skills and developed the holistic approach he uses today. The vineyards are located in Southwest Germany, where Jochen is a pioneering figure, helping modernize the region’s winemaking techniques.
