Founded in 2016 by Isabelle and Jérémy Decoster, this dynamic duo is crafting wines we love to drink—using farming practices we deeply respect. Working biodynamically, they tend to 6 hectares of vines in Bugey, a small region in eastern France known for its eclectic and characterful wines.

Their approach to winemaking is refreshingly simple: natural fermentations and just a touch of sulfur at bottling, only when absolutely necessary. The result? White wines that are clean, mineral-driven, and quietly complex—elegant enough to savor, yet so drinkable you’ll keep reaching for another glass.
