Tailleurs Cueilleurs is a small project based in Saint-Jean-le-Vieux, on the northern side of Bugey. Run by Chloé and Jordan, the duo farms organically and biodynamically. Once the grapes reach the winery, the wines are made with minimal intervention and without the use of sulfur.

We at Dirty Vine haven’t had the chance to taste much from this producer yet, but we’re eagerly awaiting more. This particular wine is one of the best sparkling Gamay/Pinot Noir blends I’ve ever tried. The vintage shows bright fruit with just enough structure to make it a true class act.
