What’s really special about Muri is their collaboration with local, small-scale farmers who forage botanicals from Danish forests to create their unique beverages.
Founded in 2020 by Murray Paterson, Muri combines his distilling experience with innovative blending techniques. Murray partnered with Ioakeim Goulidis, who has worked at the Noma Fermentation Lab, to craft these exceptional drinks. Their combined expertise makes them a perfect team, using techniques found in both spirits and winemaking to enhance texture and flavor. While these beverages are complex and unique, they pair wonderfully with food.
